Client Services Associate Project Manager Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Services Associate Project Manager to support and manage project delivery efforts across multiple internal teams. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely and accurate execution of client deliverables, while also serving as a data-savvy liaison who can interpret and communicate insights clearly to clients. This role is fully remote working EST hours. Candidates must be located in the following states: DC, FL, OH, NY, NC, TN, MD, NJ, SC, VA, AL, CT, DE, GA, IN, KY, LA, MA, ME, NH, RI, VT, or WV. Client Services Associate Project Manager Responsibilities Track and support project deliverables, ensuring alignment with client goals and deadlines. Collaborate cross-functionally to monitor task execution and maintain up-to-date status across multiple departments. Serve as the primary contact for internal reporting and documentation of client project data. Communicate effectively with clients regarding project status, escalations, and deliverables. Analyze, format, and present data using Excel tools such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and indexing formulas. Prepare job instructions, manage task requests, and support workflow tracking. Create client-facing communications, including call recaps and summary reports. Provide data analysis support and help troubleshoot client data-related inquiries. Assist in budget awareness and approvals tied to client requests or changes. Contribute to internal initiatives aimed at improving service delivery and team knowledge-sharing. Client Services Associate Project Manager Qualifications 4-5 years of experience in litigation support, legal operations, paralegal, or related client service roles. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Advanced Excel skills required, including comfort with data formatting, formulas, and analysis tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a polished and professional client-facing demeanor. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems. Familiarity with PowerPoint and business intelligence tools is a plus. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, tools, and client expectations.
