About the Role We are seeking a highly motivatedMechanical Project Managerto lead and manage HVAC and plumbing/piping projects from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities Develop and track sales leads while promoting department services. Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless project execution. Estimate job costs and prepare proposals for review. Manage projects to meet schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Oversee production, quality control, and project close-out. Purchase materials and manage inventory efficiently. Approve invoices, coordinate payroll, and handle billing. Resolve client disputes and manage past-due accounts. Maintain company equipment, vehicles, and enforce personnel policies. Work closely with subcontractors and clients on all project phases. Maximize daily revenues through effective production oversight. Review contracts, purchase orders, and proposals for compliance. What You Bring Bachelor's Degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience in mechanical HVAC and plumbing/piping projects preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and project estimating software. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
