Quantity Surveyor / Estimator

Join Our Client, a Family-Owned Construction Business Due to continued growth our client, a respected family-owned construction company, known for delivering top-quality services from concept to completion is seeking a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator. Are you a detail-oriented estimator with a passion for general construction? Our client is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join their Norwich team. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years in estimation, preferably in the UK construction sector. Valid UK driving license. Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of construction contracts and cost management. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple projects and solve problems effectively. Experience in commercial, residential, and private sectors. Familiarity with JCT and NEC contracts is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Perform site inspections and gather project data. Take accurate measurements and assess project needs. Prepare detailed cost estimates and proposals. Liaise with suppliers and negotiate contracts. Attend project meetings for valuations and updates.
