Our company specializes in building above ground and inground swimming pools, but we also handle a wide range of related services. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who is willing to take on new challenges and expand their skill set as needed. **Job Responsibilities:** - Install and build above ground and inground swimming pools - Install and build saunas - Deliver and set up hot tubs - Perform concrete work - Reskin RVs and perform light RV repairs - Repair and maintain golf carts - Perform basic vehicle maintenance and repairs - Assist with plumbing tasks - Handle a variety of other tasks as required **Requirements:** - Valid driver's license and clean driving record - Reliable personal transportation - Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different jobs - Good handwriting and basic computer skills (a plus) - Ability to upsell services to customers (a plus) - Strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and as part of a crew **Compensation:** - Pay varies by job; some tasks are paid hourly, others by the job - Miscellaneous/half-day jobs: $100-$200 - 18-foot pool installation (half day, on a crew): $200 - Other round pool installations (6-8 hours, on a crew): $200-$250 - Oval pool installations (on a crew): $500 -Liner installations: $200 (solo) or $125 per person (two-person crew) - Additional compensation for difficult jobs (up to $100 extra) *Training is available for the right candidate.
