We're seeking an Educational Project Superintendent based in Los Angeles or Orange County, CA to oversee large-scale K-12 school projects ranging from $5M to $15M. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Educational Project Superintendent position include: Must have 10+ years of construction supervision experience Must have 5+ years of superintendent experience working on K-12, DSA, or LAUSD construction projects Associate's degree in a related field preferred Coordinate and schedule all site activities ensuring efficient workflow and top-quality results Perform daily jobsite walks to monitor safety practices and compliance Provide quality control for contract documents and proactively address ambiguities Partner with project management to create and maintain construction schedules Execute logistical site planning and coordination of multiple project elements Lead punch list development and ensure delivery of a final product that exceeds expectations Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
