Job Description
The Digital & AI Project Manager / Innovation Lead will identify, develop, and implement AI and digital solutions that drive commercial performance. This individual will serve as a key change agent, bringing innovation into the Commercial organization by leveraging emerging technologies to improve forecasting accuracy, customer accessibility, decision-making, and operational efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Innovation Scouting & Opportunity Identification: Identify and prioritize opportunities to apply AI and digital tools that improve commercial processes and decision-making.
Project Management & Execution: Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital and AI initiatives using agile methods to ensure timely and impactful execution.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business needs with technical solutions and ensure stakeholder buy-in.
Vendor & Tool Selection: Support IT in evaluating, selecting, and managing third-party vendors and platforms that support commercial innovation and integration needs.
Change Management & Adoption: Drive user adoption through communication, training, and change management strategies that support lasting transformation.
Performance Measurement: Define success metrics, monitor impact, and optimize solutions based on business outcomes and user feedback.
EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
Five to eight years of experience in digital transformation, project management, or commercial operations. Level will be based on experience.
Proven experience leading AI, automation, or advanced analytics initiatives in a commercial or go-to-market context
Strong working knowledge of AI/ML applications in business (e.g., predictive modeling, NLP, recommendation engines)
Proficiency with agile project management tools and methods
Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce), BI tools (Tableau), and data integration
Experience in vendor sourcing, evaluation, and management
Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills:
Skilled in creating and managing project documentation, timelines, and resource plans
Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
Strong risk management and issue resolution capabilities
WORK ENVIRONMENT/ PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Constantly operates a computer.
Must be able to remain stationary 50% of the time.
Ability to travel 10% of the time.
