RPM Staffing is seeking a skilled Aluminum/Stainless Welder and Metal Finisher in Sherman, Texas!

Responsibilities Grind, file, or sand surfaces of metal items to achieve a smooth finish.

Remove dents using a hammer or dolly block.

Smooth surfaces to specified finishes using hand tools and powered tools.

Polish metal surfaces using powered polishing wheels or belts.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, performing daily cleanup and ensuring a clutter-free environment between projects.

Fabricate components and parts made of aluminum and stainless steel.

Assemble sets of components to complete projects according to specifications.

Read and interpret schematics to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly.

Inspect and determine the quality of finished products to meet company standards.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in welding aluminum and stainless steel.

Proficiency in using hand tools and powered tools for metal finishing.

Ability to read and understand technical schematics and blueprints.

Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control.

Excellent organizational skills to maintain a clean and efficient workspace.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in welding and metal fabrication preferred.
