Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by minor drywall repairs, scraping, using sandpaper, removing old paint etc. Paint surfaces according to instructions with various tools. Take and adhere to all health and safety precautions. Requirements : Expected to own basic tools i.e. 5-n-1, caulk gun, brushes. Proven experience as a Commercial painter preferred. Excellent knowledge of painting material and how to apply them. Solid knowledge of commercial and / or construction painting techniques. Aptitude in using appropriate tools (brushes, caulking guns, etc.). Good basic math skills. Willing to travel. Must have driver's license and provide own transportation. Summary : As a Commercial Painter specializing in both interior and exterior projects, you will be responsible for applying paint to various surfaces in commercial settings. Your core skills in residential and commercial painting, along with expertise in using hand tools, will be essential in delivering high-quality finishes.
