We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our growing team in Phoenix, AZ. This role will be responsible for coordinating Distributed Antenna System (DAS) projects from start to finish, ensuring all phases are executed efficiently, on-time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting wireless construction projects, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate all aspects of DAS projects, including scheduling, documentation, material ordering, permitting, and customer communication. Act as the primary point of contact between project managers, field teams, clients, vendors, and subcontractors. Track and maintain project schedules to ensure timely delivery of all project phases. Assist with preparation of project budgets, forecasts, and job cost tracking. Manage documentation such as closeout packages, RF data, as-builts, and compliance reporting. Facilitate project kickoffs, team meetings, and status updates. Communicate proactively with clients and stakeholders regarding project milestones, changes, and potential issues. Support procurement processes by coordinating equipment orders, deliveries, and inventory management. Ensure compliance with all safety, permitting, and regulatory requirements. Requirements: Requirements: 2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or administrative support in the wireless or telecommunications industry (Low Voltage, DAS, Small Cell, In-Building Wireless, or related field strongly ). Low Voltage, DAS, or wireless systems (iDAS/oDAS, Small Cell, RF basics, etc.) Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and project management tools. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to coordinate with internal teams and external partners. Strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Must be authorized to work in the United States and pass a pre-employment background check. Valid driver's license. Qualifications: Experience working with construction management platforms or wireless software tools. Knowledge of permitting and regulatory processes for DAS installations.
