About the Client Our client is a well-established supplier within the building products sector, dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions for residential and commercial customers. They pride themselves on providing excellent service and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, architects, and developers. Roles/Responsibilities Analyse construction drawings to determine customer requirements for doors and related products Prepare and submit timely and competitive quotations to customers Develop a thorough understanding of the client's full range of products and services to accurately recommend solutions Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure products meet relevant regulations, such as fire ratings Maintain detailed records of estimates and proactively follow up with the sales team on submitted quotes Qualifications Proven experience in an Estimator role within the construction industry Confident in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and organisational skills Knowledge of doors, door sets, and relevant regulations is desirable Benefits Salary of 38,000 per annum plus a performance-based bonus scheme Hybrid working model with occasional visits to the Northolt head office Standard working hours with a one-hour lunch break Opportunities for professional growth and product training Supportive and collaborative team environment For more information, please contact [Consultant's Name] at [Consultant's Email] we'd love to hear from you
