**About the Role**
PDS Tech Commercial is hiring an experienced **Pipefitter Foreman** to lead industrial piping projects in and around Glen Burnie, MD. This is a leadership role ideal for a hands-on foreman who understands the technical and tactical sides of piping installation. Youll guide a team of pipefitters and welders through active, high-spec environments such as food-grade facilities, chemical plants, and power generation sites.

**What You'll Do**
+ Lead crews of 35+ pipefitters and welders on industrial piping projects
+ Plan and coordinate work: pipe routing, tie-ins, equipment placement, supports, shutdowns
+ Interpret plan views, elevation drawings, and **P&IDs**
+ Route piping through live production facilities with minimal disruption
+ Generate isometric drawings and accurate take-offs for fabrication and field install
+ Oversee installation of various piping types: butt weld, socket weld, threaded, flanged, Victaulic
+ Work with carbon and stainless steel pipe up to 12" diameter
+ Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency across all aspects of the job
+ Collaborate with project managers and other trades on site execution
**What You Bring**
**Required:**
+ 25 years of pipefitting experience in an industrial environment
+ Proven leadership experience directing pipe crews in the field
+ Proficient in interpreting industrial piping drawings and P&IDs
+ Familiarity with ASME piping codes and installation standards
+ Knowledge of welding processes: **SMAW, GTAW, FCAW**
+ OSHA 10 certification (OSHA 30 preferred)
+ Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
+ Flexibility to work 40+ hours/week, including some nights or OT as needed
+ Willingness to travel locally (Aberdeen to Washington, DC)
+ Ability to work in clean and industrial environments
**Preferred:**
+ Field routing experience for custom piping layouts
+ Ability to generate isometric drawings from field measurements
+ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
+ Comfortable working outside of your trade when necessary

**Pay Details:** $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
