What You'll Do Install and commission HVAC systems (ductwork, thermostats, controls) Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections Diagnose and repair HVAC issuesmechanical and electrical Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards Keep detailed records of work performed and materials used Communicate clearly with clients and team members Stay sharp with the latest tools, tech, and industry trends What You Bring 4+ years of hands-on HVAC experience (install, service, or repair) HVAC certification or technical school training preferred Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and safety protocols Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Physically capable of lifting heavy equipment and working in tight spaces Valid driver's license and clean driving record Why You'll Love Working Here We operate with a run it like it's your own business mindset. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
