Tig Welder**
**Job Description**
The role operates on a second shift with working hours from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm.
**Responsibilities**
+ Set up and operate TIG welder, including purging and regulating current and voltage. Select appropriate filler rod type and size.
+ Set up and operate an orbital welder.
+ Work in accordance with detailed drawings and instructions.
+ Lift and carry parts of various sizes, shapes, and weights up to 50 lbs.
+ Demonstrate a willingness to complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned to support the overall organization.
+ Participate in the continuous quality improvement process and dedication to customer satisfaction.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in TIG and MIG welding with around 2 years of experience.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Quality inspection skills.
+ Experience with welding stainless steel and assembly.
+ Proficiency in using hand tools.
+ Mechanical skills.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ ASME Certified with five years of work-related experience.
+ Possess qualities such as integrity, excellence, and respectful relationships.
+ Commitment to financial success.
