User Experience Project Manager

Must live in Chicagoland area - will not consider 100% remote nationally UX Program Manager 12 Month contract 100% Remote 2 step interview process MUST HAVE (if you don't not have these skills, we cannot consider you for this position) 1) previous experience on a UX team - Not creative team, not marketing team - User Experience/Service Design /Research 2) Experience with Figma 3) Experience with Design operations: intake, backlog management, and prioritization. 4) 5+ years of Program or Project management experience on a UX team Typical task breakdown: -Lead design operations: intake, backlog management, and prioritization. -Collaborate with design managers on goal-tracking and resource planning. -Drive review cadences and ensure timely delivery across product lifecycles. -Document and optimize frameworks, processes, and best practices. -Create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for transparency. -Facilitate onboarding, training, and knowledge sharing. -Escalate issues and manage trade-offs between business and user needs.
