We're seeking a future team member for the role of AV Engineer to join our Global Workplace Experience and Design team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL - HYBRID (4 days in office required).

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

• Work with the team to establish standardized designs and installations
• Design, install and configure, and document new production equipment and procedures
• Perform R&D, testing and certification of new equipment
• Operating production equipment, including cameras, microphones, speakers, and control systems, to conduct events

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred. 10-12 years of related experience required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
• Experienced in robotic camera systems, such as PTZs, camera controller configuration and operation
• Deep understanding of video conferencing hardware (i.e., codecs), signal flows, video routing and signal conversion
• High level knowledge of video switcher equipment functionality such as PIPs, AUX routing, and multi-viewers
