Carpenter**

Location: Denver Metro Area

Schedule: MondayFriday (occasional Saturdays)

**Position Overview**

We are a well-established and growing General Contractor seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-profile, ground-up commercial construction projects.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Safety Carpentry: Install temporary and permanent handrails and implement job site safety measures

+ Rough Carpentry: Perform framing, backing, blocking, and structural carpentry

+ Finish Carpentry: Install trim, doors, windows, and other detailed finish work

+ Punch List Completion: Execute final tasks to meet project specifications and closeout requirements

+ Blueprint Reading: Accurately interpret construction drawings and schematics

**Qualifications**

+ Minimum of 3 years of commercial carpentry experience

+ Proficiency in all phases of carpentry, including rough, finish, millwork, and cabinetry

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work independently with minimal supervision

+ Must provide own tools and have reliable transportation to job sites throughout the Denver metro area

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
