Painter/Labourers Wanted - Port Alberni

RCF Painting & Renovations is looking for an enthusiastic labourer to join our team for the remainder of our busy season.

focusing on *Exterior* residential painting until end August - mid September;
at which point there may be a slow period while bidding for interior-residential & commercial contracts.

Expectations and Experience:
-VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
(N OR CLASS 5)
-entry level or basic experience with painting & contract projects, (know how to use a paintbrush & paint roller)
-a positive attitude & be willing to effectively communicate/participate.
-comfortable working on a ladder.

Job Duties and Workflow:
-surface prep (cleaning, sanding, scraping, caulking, priming, taping if necessary)
-setup & organizing of tools & or ladders (drop sheets + painting accessories)

BASE RATE: $18/hr
NON-NEGOTIABLE DURING NEW HIRE TRIAL PERIOD
