What you'll bring to the team**
**SUMMARY:**
Supports Maintenance Project Managers in executing capital projects throughout the resort. Responsible for the day-to-day administrative tasks necessary to keep projects progressing on time and within budget.
**Essential Functions:**
+ Submit purchase requisitions for all capital-related project needs
+ Responsible for preparing, submitting and tracking internal forms related to the CAPEX process
+ Responsible for capital project budget tracking
+ Onboarding of new vendors by collecting required documents and forms
+ Review and process project invoices
+ Prepare various draft contract documents such as Purchase Agreements, Frame Agreement Project Orders, Construction Contract
+ Maintain LEGOLAND California vendor requirements Certificate of Insurance, Contractor Safety Handbook, LLC permits for all Project Management related vendors
+ Assist in scheduling and coordinating contractors for site visits
+ Maintain project files and documentation by collecting and digitizing project plans, quotes, proposals, invoices, permits, correspondence.
+ Use of Company vehicle to drive/access projects
+ Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications & Experience**
Prior experience with finance, budgets, contracts, construction and/or facilities is preferred. Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills required. Must have 2-4 years of administrative experience. Must be comfortable multi-tasking. Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently.
**Education:**
Minimum high school diploma. Strong computer skills with a general understanding of MS Office Suite.
**Other Requirements:**
This is an on-site position at LEGOLAND California Resort. General Work hours/schedule is M-F, 7:30am-4:00pm. Certain projects may specify further hours adjustments to support with project openings and to support the LEGOLAND California Resort Business.
