Drywall Painters and Finishers

We are seeking a painter and /or finisher to join our team, responsible for delivering high-quality painting services in commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a passion for craftsmanship, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This role involves preparing surfaces, applying finish coats, painting, and ensuring clean and professional finish.

Responsibilities

- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, applying finish coats, sanding, and patching as needed.

- Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.

- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the scope of work required.

- Install fixtures and perform minor repairs related to painting tasks.

- Collaborate with other tradespeople such as metal stud framers and drywall hangers to complete projects efficiently.

- Maintain a clean work environment by properly storing tools and materials after use.

- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

- Proven experience in residential and/or commercial finishing and painting.

- Ability to read blueprints and understand project specifications.

- Familiarity with various hand tools and painting equipment.

- Strong attention to detail with an eye for quality finishes.

- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Must have transportation
