Full-time Salary

Salary Range: $150,000.00 To $175,000.00 Annually
Are you an experienced leader in commercial roofing Operations or a Senior Project Manager ready to take your career to the next level? We’re seeking a hands-on, results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily operations for a growing, high-performing commercial roofing office.
This is more than a job—it’s a leadership opportunity to shape processes, inspire teams, and ensure excellence across every project. You’ll be the operational backbone of a thriving company, reporting directly to the President and playing a key role in driving safety, quality, and efficiency from project planning to closeout.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead daily operations including project management, field supervision, warehouse and fleet oversight.
  • Supervise superintendents, subcontractors, and field crews to ensure quality installations and safety compliance.
  • Coordinate with sales, estimating, and project teams to deliver on time, on budget, and above expectations.
  • Provide coaching, performance feedback, and leadership to drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage material and equipment needs, scheduling, and job tracking with company software.
  • Serve as the go-to expert for roofing standards, best practices, and team training.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 5+ years of commercial roofing
  • A proven leader with commercial construction operations or senior-level construction project management experience.
  • A strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical with solid experience managing people, processes, and projects.
  • Hands-on and comfortable with field visits, inspections, and direct team supervision.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, or similar tools).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations, quality standards, and operational best practices.
  • Experience managing budgets, workforce planning, and training programs.
