NOW HIRING: EXPERIENCED PAINTERS for Commercial Luxury Condo Project (South Jersey)

ECM Painting LLC is seeking skilled, reliable painters for a commercial project involving luxury condo units. This is interior painting work (walls, ceilings, doors, trim) in an upscale, multi-story building.

Location: Camden County, NJ
Start Date: few weeks
Duration: Several months (with opportunity for ongoing work)
Pay: Based on experience ($17$30/hr

Job Details:
Paint occupied and unoccupied condo units & common areas
Work includes ceilings, walls, doors, trim
Prep surfaces (caulking, patching, sanding, etc.)
Maintain a clean and professional worksite
Must follow safety and cleanliness protocols in a high-end building

Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of painting experience (commercial/residential interior)
Must have own hand tools, brushes, roller setup
Reliable transportation to and from job site
Professional attitude this is a high-end property with residents present
Ability to work independently or with a small team
Spraying experience is a plus
