Location: Lebanon, TN

Job Type: Full-Time / Project-Based

Pay: Based on Experience

Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced HVAC Mechanics and Helpers for a commercial project in Lebanon, TN. We're looking for dependable people who can work well both independently and as part of a team and who take pride in doing quality work.

Work Scope Includes:

• Installing commercial HVAC systems, ductwork, and fixtures

• Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and layouts

• Setting hangers, supports, and equipment as needed

• Helpers will assist mechanics with installs and learn on the job

• Maintaining a safe and clean worksite and following all safety protocols

Requirements (Mechanics):

• Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC experience

• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team

• Must have own tools and full PPE (hard hat, safety vest, gloves, safety glasses, work boots)

• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

Requirements (Helpers):

• Some knowledge of basic HVAC work preferred

• Must be willing to learn and grow with the company

• Must have full PPE (hard hat, safety vest, gloves, safety glasses, work boots)

• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
