CCS Construction Staffing is hiring an experienced HVAC Superintendent, Foreman, or Project Manager for a direct hire role managing commercial and residential HVAC projects in the Charlotte metro area. This role is ideal for a proven leader ready to handle full project oversight - from planning and material procurement to managing crews, subcontractors, and schedules - while ensuring top-tier quality and safety on every job site.

This is a great fit for a skilled HVAC leader who thrives on delivering projects on time, within budget, and up to code - while building strong relationships with clients and general contractors.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute commercial and residential HVAC projects

• Supervise and direct HVAC crews and subcontractors

• Ensure quality control and enforce safety compliance on job sites

• Maintain and monitor project schedules and budgets

• Handle material procurement and inventory management

• Communicate with clients, general contractors, and project stakeholders

• Interpret mechanical drawings and specifications

• Resolve field issues and provide technical support as needed

Requirements:

• 5+ years of HVAC leadership experience as a Superintendent, Foreman, or Project Manager

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation practices, and mechanical codes

• Proven ability to lead crews and deliver projects on time and within budget

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no DUIs or major infractions)

• Must pass a background check and drug screening

• Must own basic tools, full PPE, and have reliable transportation
