About the Role:

Brinderson is seeking a dedicated and experienced Safety Manager for our Kapolei, HI location. This is a full-time, in-person position that plays a key role in maintaining our strong safety culture across job sites. We welcome both local and non-local applicants. For those who travel, housing and per diem will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support incident investigations, including causal analysis and corrective action planning.

• Conduct internal and third-party safety audits.

• Participate in site safety committees.

• Enter and track safety metrics, including incidents and corrective actions, in our HSSE database.

• Analyze safety trends and recommend improvements using reports, charts, and presentations.

• Maintain a strong field presence-approximately 75% field and 25% office time.

• Coach, influence, and drive a strong safety culture across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications:

• Degree or certification in Health, Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience/training).

• Proven experience on multi-employer worksites and contractor coordination.

• Knowledge of OSHA and other applicable safety regulations.

• Familiarity with client-specific safety standards and practices.

• Strong hazard recognition and mitigation skills.

• Proficient with safety software systems and digital reporting tools.

• Effective communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable delivering training and presenting safety topics to various audiences.

Compensation:

• Starting at $58.00 per hour

• Full-time position
