Job Summary
Works on multiple course development projects in support of and in development of effective and engaging training course content.
Creates engaging, effective, and interactive training materials.
Conducts analysis, designs and develops instructional approaches and/or strategies to meet training requirements.
Delivers training to employees directly or indirectly and mentors junior members on the team.
Responsibilities
Training Program Management
- Oversees multiple global training program launches
Instructional Design
Engages with cross functional SME and/or stakeholders to identify the learning requirements
Creates proposals for the best type of training needed to meet the requirements
Manages the training development to achieve targeted learning objectives
Delivers the training, or oversees the delivery of training by other team members
Evaluates the effectiveness of the training material
Training & Training Delivery
Prepares and delivers training to cross functional employees
Coaches and mentors other trainers
Manages the review of SCORM objects to ensure they are properly built, configured, and tested prior to roll out of new courses/learning resources
Project Management
Creates and drives to the goals and objectives of the program and how it will impact the business
Identifies and engages with the leaders of dependent projects that need to be completed to reach the overall goal
Develops a strategy for implementation, delegating tasks and projects efficiently
Communicates program objectives
Analytics
- Evaluates feedback and creates long-term curriculum update plans
LMS Support
- Provides and manages enhancement requests for the LMS Functional team (HRIS)
Qualifications
Proven years experience required
Bachelor's degree preferred

Dispense la formation directement ou indirectement aux employes et accompagne les membres juniors de l'equipe en tant que mentor.
Responsabilites
Gestion des programmes de formation
- Supervise le lancement de plusieurs programmes de formation a l'echelle mondiale
Conception pedagogique
Collabore avec des experts metier (SME) et/ou des parties prenantes interfonctionnelles pour identifier les besoins en apprentissage
Propose les types de formation les plus adaptes pour repondre a ces besoins
Gere le developpement des formations afin d'atteindre les objectifs pedagogiques cibles
Dispense les formations ou supervise leur livraison par d'autres membres de l'equipe
Evalue l'efficacite des supports de formation
Formation et dispense de formation
Prepare et dispense des formations aux employes issus de differentes fonctions
Accompagne et encadre d'autres formateurs en tant que coach ou mentor
Gere la revision des objets SCORM afin de s'assurer qu'ils sont correctement concus, configures et testes avant le deploiement de nouveaux cours ou ressources d'apprentissage
Gestion de projet
Definit et poursuit les objectifs du programme ainsi que son impact sur l'activite de l'entreprise
Identifie et collabore avec les responsables des projets interdependants necessaires a l'atteinte de l'objectif global
Developpe une strategie de mise en uvre en deleguant efficacement les taches et projets
Communique les objectifs du programme
Analyse
- Evalue le feedback et elabore des plans de mise a jour du programme de formation a long terme
Support du LMS
- Fournit et gere les demandes d'amelioration aupres de l'equipe fonctionnelle LMS (SIRH)
Qualifications
