Job Overview
We're seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end campaign delivery across all media channels. You'll build strong brand relationships, manage and mentor a team, and drive operational excellence. A love for creative work, process improvement, and authentic collaboration is a must.
We're looking for someone with a passion for process improvement, a drive to innovate, and a natural talent for building authentic partnerships that lead to great work-and even greater results.
What you'll be doing:
- Becoming the Marketing Manager's best friend and the main day to day point of contact for your brand, supporting them with planning, briefing & prioritisation and ensuring they have clear expectations of team output
- Line managing 1-2 junior members of team. Supporting their day-to-day requirements and driving their development
- Ensuring end to end campaign delivery on time and on budget, managing all stakeholders (internal and external) involved to deliver campaigns
- Living and breathing the brand you work on to become the brand gatekeeper. Having a clear understanding of the vision and proactively contributing your ideas on how dL could support
- Intuitively 'picking your battles' during the idea selling and creative development process, demonstrating an understanding of when to hold firm and when/how to compromise with senior stakeholders
- Updating internal systems with workflow information & planning creative resource requirements
- Actively looking at processes & ways of working within the business and proposing ways to improve
- Keeping brand informed with regular status meetings, updating them on campaign performance & delivery
- Developing & managing campaign budgets, keeping brand teams informed of their spend and ensuring costings stay on track
- Driving the setting of yearly campaign forecasts for your brands, closely monitoring and flagging any changes to forecast as briefs land
- Reporting into your Project Management Lead, keeping them informed of campaign activity and financials and escalating issues where necessary, bringing proposed solutions
What you'll bring:
- Relationship management experience with ability to interact and influence efficiently across various stakeholders in different geographies, at all organisational levels
- Experience of the full creative campaigns life cycle
- Team management expereince desireable
- Strong commercial acumen & financial / budget management
- Knowledge of marketing principles & integrated communications
- Ability to work well within in a team and autonomously
- Strong communicator with high standard of written and spoken English
- Excellent presentation skills, with an ability to convey a clear message/ story in order to influence or make complex matters easy to understand
- Exceptional organizational skills & attention detail
- Creative flair
- The experience and confidence to say 'no', in the right way, at the right moments
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
