Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Manager to represent the MultiCam line of CNC cutting solutions across the Dallas region. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives on building customer relationships, identifying solutions, and closing high-impact sales in industries such as signage, fabrication, and general manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

Drive new business development and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Represent MultiCam CNC routers and cutting systems to customers across key industries.

Manage a defined territory including direct accounts and partner relationships.

Develop customized, solution-oriented proposals with internal application and pre-sales support.

Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, opportunity management, and forecasting via Salesforce.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, logistics, and service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Execute strategic sales plans and provide consistent updates to sales leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in capital equipment or technology sales, ideally in CNC or industrial automation.

Demonstrated success in a consultative, value-based sales process.

Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand customer manufacturing workflows.

Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Self-motivated, independent, and capable of managing a regional territory with limited supervision.

Knowledge of the CNC market, fabrication, or sign-making industries is highly preferred.
