Need carpenter/painter with ladders next week

un Need carpenter/painter with ladders next week (Westford) compensation: 40-50 per hour. I need a carpenter who has ladders 16,20,32 and 40' .I Have an exterior job in westford mon-thur. Replacing trim, door trim, window trim,some sills, corner board, skirt board, some high, some low. Will need to replace and paint the trim and paint some other trim as well. Hours will be 9-6. CASH PAID LAST DAY OF JOB. If you have a helper that can paint then he can work too for 25.00 per hour but must have painting experience. Wood will be there for replacing. PLEASE READ BELOW,IF YOU DONT HAVE THESE THINGS PLEASE DO NOT REPLY. Need reliability, someone who works quickly and efficiently, must have own tools and ladders and truck/van. Pay for first day 40 an hour cash, if you know what your doing then the second and third day will be 45 per hour. If this works I have a few months of work lined up between 2-4 days a week.
