Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Licensed Healthcare Architect position include: Must be a Licensed Architect with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited school 12+ years of architectural experience, with at least 50% in the healthcare sector Strong client-facing skills and involvement in business development and project leadership Experience leading medical planning, programming, and healthcare facility design from concept to completion Proficiency in Revit and understanding of healthcare codes such as FGI, NFPA 101, and OSHPD Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with internal design and construction teams Travel flexibility for client meetings and site visits Enthusiasm for mentoring junior staff and contributing to a culture of collaboration and continuous learning Salary: $100,000 - $135,000 per year, commensurate with experience, and a discretionary end-of-year bonus.
