Residential Plumber Location: Los angeles Job Type: Full-Time, Contract to hire Pay: $25-$35 per hour (Based on experience and interview performance) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Some weekends and overtime as needed) Position Summary As a Residential Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in single-family homes, apartments, and residential complexes. You'll work directly with homeowners and property managers to ensure plumbing systems are safe, efficient, and up to code. Key Responsibilities Install and repair water supply lines, waste disposal systems, and related appliances Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and low water pressure Perform routine maintenance and inspections Read and interpret blueprints and building codes Communicate clearly with customers and provide accurate estimates Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety standards Maintain a clean and organized work area and vehicle Qualifications 4-5 years of hands-on experience in residential plumbing Valid plumbing license or certification (as required by state) Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and materials Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Excellent customer service and communication skills Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record Own basic plumbing tools (company provides specialty tools) Backflow certification or gas line experience is a plus Expect a call or text from Tanner at Aerotek .
