The ideal candidate will have experience in stick welding, ductwork, crane operations, FCAW, reading schematics, plasma cutting, machining, soldering, rigging, and building. Pay BEO. Ability to work (7) 12-hour shifts **Duties:** - Assemble and erect steel framework and other metal parts according to blueprints - Perform welding tasks using various techniques such as stick welding and FCAW - Install metal components using cranes and other equipment - Read and interpret schematics to determine work procedures - Utilize plasma cutting equipment for metal fabrication - Operate machining tools for metal shaping - Solder joints to ensure structural integrity - Rig heavy materials for lifting and placement - Construct metal structures following specifications **Skills:** - Proficiency in stick welding techniques - Experience in ductwork installation - Ability to operate cranes safely - Familiarity with FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding) - Competence in reading and understanding schematics - Skill in plasma cutting for metal fabrication - Knowledge of machining tools for metalworking - Soldering capabilities for joint connections - Ability to rig heavy materials securely - Strong building skills for structural assembly We offer: Health Insurance Weekly Pay Employee referral program Principals only.
