Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in commercial construction projects and residential properties Diagnose and troubleshoot AC system issues and recommend appropriate solutions Ensure installations comply with local building codes, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines Work with general contractors, construction teams, and residential clients on job specifications and timelines Maintain accurate service records and job documentation Provide exceptional customer service and communicate clearly in both English and Spanish Respond to emergency service calls as needed Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience as an HVAC or AC Technician Proven experience in both commercial construction and residential settings EPA Certification required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong understanding of HVAC systems, tools, and safety protocols Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Bilingual (English & Spanish) - required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environmental conditions Preferred Qualifications: HVAC certification or technical school training Experience working with building contractors and reading blueprints Strong work ethic and a team-player attitude Benefits: Competitive pay Paid time off Health insurance options Career growth opportunities Please have your resume ready to send over to us.
