Location: Roanoke, VA and surrounding areas
Employment Type: Full-Time Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $23.00/hr (Bi-weekly pay)

About the Role:
Tivoli'sWorld Construction & Temp Agency is hiring experienced HVAC Technicians to support our clients in the residential and commercial sectors. You'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, inspect, and repair HVAC systems including heat pumps, furnaces, and central air conditioning units
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC equipment
Perform routine preventative maintenance on systems
Ensure systems comply with code and manufacturer specifications
Read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics
Interact professionally with clients and team members on job sites
Complete service reports and job documentation accurately
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2 - 5 years of hands-on HVAC experience (residential or commercial)
EPA 608 Certification required
Proficient in troubleshooting HVAC systems and using diagnostic tools
Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
OSHA 10 preferred; OSHA 30 a plus
High school diploma or GED required; trade school certificate preferred
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
