Looking for a skilled carpenter/handyman/maintenance man! Looking for someone who has experience (10 yrs or longer). Someone who can do light plumbing, light electrical, hang cabinets, install counter tops, do baseboards, install doors, set toilets, vanities, tubs, install water heater (correctly) pretty much a "Rental Make-Ready". We have vacancies and need units back up and running ASAP. Must have reliable transportation preferably a van or truck. Photos of past work and references.
