Im looking for a Foreman - someone who knows how to build, lead, and take responsibility on the job.

This is not for someone still learning the trades. I need a sharp, hands-on guy who can step in, handle multiple trades, keep projects on track, and take pressure off my plate.

If you can lead by example, stay late when needed, and make sure work gets done right - this could be your spot.

What Im Looking For:

Solid experience in remodeling, rough and finish carpentry, drywall, paint, etc.
Can run a crew and communicate with subs
Stays focused on quality, not the clock
Knows how to think ahead, solve problems, and represent the company well
Has tools and transportation to start

Pay:

Top pay for the right guy. No set number here - youll get what you earn based on skill and value.

Bonus:

Company truck may be available after some trust is built. At first, pickup from my location if needed.
