• Bachelors degree in Architecture.
• 7 -10+ years of recent experience in technical and design production (less experienced candidates with strong potential are still encouraged to apply).
• Architectural licensure preferred; prefer that candidates be based in Arizona.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, and Adobe Creative Suite is required; SketchUp, Enscape, and BIM360 are a plus.
• Lead and manage projects through all phasesprogramming, concept, design, construction documents, and administration.
• Collaborate directly with the Principal, consultants, and clients.
• Mentor junior team members while fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture.
• Conduct site investigations, interface with jurisdictions, and coordinate closely with contractors through construction completion.
