ODAA is an exciting, design-focused Architecture and Interiors practice spanning both the commercial and residential sectors based in DTLA. We are currently seeking a motivated Architect/ Architectural Designer lll with 8+ years of experience across residential and commercial sectors, including single-family custom residential to fulfill a full-time position. We want someone who is excited about design, who wants to be part of a great team, who is eager to learn, who is motivated push themselves, and wants to be part of getting projects built.

We are looking for someone that meets the following:

Masters of Architecture degree.

8+ years of experience practicing architecture.

Experience in all project phases, coordination with consultants, interaction with clients and project managers, and site related experience.

Strong design and visualization skills to produce imagery and physical models for presentations.

Clear and open communication.

Self-motivated on assigned and unassigned tasks.

Willingness to learn.

Collaborative.

Can work on multiple projects/task simultaneously.

Can manage fast-paced deadlines.

Strong organizational abilities.

Has software proficiency in Revit, Enscape (or similar), Adobe Suite, and Bluebeam.

Eligible to work in the United States.

Professional duties include, participation in the conceptual design, preparation of presentation material, collaborates with other team members and consultants, develops and represents lead technical solutions, preparation of documentationfor permitting and construction, and coordinates with the principal on appropriate material solutions and product strategies.

Remote. Currently, ODAA offers remote access every Friday. The remainder of the week is preferred to be in person in our studio in DTLA, but is open to other arrangements
