Join the City of Stillwater's Community Development team as a Building Inspector! In this full-time role, you'll assist the Building Official in coordinating building department operations. Responsibilities include reviewing commercial and residential plans for code compliance, issuing permits, conducting field inspections, and investigating code violations. You'll work with design professionals, contractors, and the public to ensure safe, code-compliant construction.

We're looking for a candidate with 5+ years of experience in building inspection and BIT Program completion or a Construction Management Certification or greater.
