The general contractors Efraim & Associates, Inc. are beginning a project in West Hollywood, California where we are returning approx. 6,000 SF of retail back to its vanilla shell state so that the landlord can rent it.

The scope of this project involves substantial demolition, which requires permits, and rebuilding two bathrooms which the recent tenant, a fitness spa, had removed. The City of West Hollywood would require permits for rebuilding those bathrooms as well.

We are happy to pay substantially extra if the licensed architect can coordinate with consultants (MEPs.)

Our firm has worked in retail demolition and construction repeatedly in West Hollywood, but usually with larger firms. We look forward to ideally being able to work with the architect from this project again.

We have all the plans scanned professionally for the original structure, completed in 2008, as well as the ex-tenant's plans.
