Main focus is irrigation and miscellaneous construction projects and a groundie tree worker. Whether you're an experienced pro or just solid with tools and outdoor work, we'd like to hear from you. The Job Includes: Installing and repairing irrigation systems Groundie - tree and brush clearing, running a chainsaw, loading brush, operating a chipper, no climbing necessary Fence and deck building Tile and bathroom remodel work Weed whacking and general outdoor cleanup Other hands-on outdoor projects as needed What You Bring: Some experience with irrigation, landscaping, tree work, or basic construction Willingness to jump into different tasks Reliable transportation to get to job sites (non-negotiable) Respect for the crew, the client, and the work. We work mostly short 6hr, but hard days. Start time is 7am or 6am where possible. Shows up consistently, ready to work, takes direction well, stays focused, and works efficiently. No smoking, no vaping, no drugs or alcohol on the job. No exception.
