We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Painter/Carpenter to join our growing team. Job Summary: The ideal candidate will be experienced in both interior/exterior painting and carpentry work, capable of completing projects with minimal supervision and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. This position requires versatility, a strong work ethic, and customer-friendly communication. Responsibilities: Perform high-quality interior and exterior painting (prep, patching, sanding, cutting, rolling, spraying) Complete rough and finish carpentry tasks, including framing, trim work, repairs, and installations Maintain a clean and organized job site Communicate effectively with clients and team members Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols Requirements: Minimum 3 years of professional painting and carpentry experience Proficient with hand and power tools Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders or scaffolding Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Excellent time management and problem-solving skills Preferred: OSHA 10/30 certification Experience with drywall repair and cabinet installation Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Benefits: IRA access Direct Deposit Competitive pay Overtime opportunities Paid sick days/vacation Tools and equipment provided Training and advancement opportunities How to Apply: Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter to ....
