Job Description and Duties

This position is a non-telework position located in Pearblossom, California.

Under the direction of the Engineering Branch Manager, Southern Field Division, the incumbent will assist with work related to history, risk evaluations, priority standing and maintenance management of all Field Division Assets. The Field Division Asset Engineer interfaces with the Headquarters Asset Engineers located in the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) and Division of Engineering (DOE) and with staff from both the Asset Management and Maintenance Management office as well as with Field Division Planner Schedulers and Plant and Civil Maintenance staff.

Must have a valid California Class C license as incumbent will be required to operate automotive vehicles on public roadways, travel to remote areas within the field division is necessary to perform the requirements of this position.
