Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Construction Project Manager to lead and execute a diverse range of construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while effectively managing teams and stakeholders.

salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative functions including distribution of tasks, scheduling meetings, and managing operational reports
• Coordinate with Logistics to develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, resource allocation, and budget forecasts.
• Effectively prioritize tasks and manage time across multiple concurrent projects to optimize resource utilization and meet deadlines.
• Manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in managing multiple construction projects from start to finish.
  
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project Management and Accounting software.
  
  
• Demonstrated ability to handle unexpected challenges and make critical decisions under pressure.
  
  
• PMP certification or other relevant industry certifications are a plus.
