Finish Carpenter

We are an established and continuously growing finish carpentry company seeking a self-motivated & hard-working individual, who wants to start a beneficial career. Our company specializes in all phases of finish carpentry inside some of Florida's most unique and exquisite homes. The right individual must have interior finish carpentry experience within the last decade or a real eagerness to learn.

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE:

* For the first 2 weeks, the rate of pay will be $15.00 per hour as a performance evaluation period that will either lead to a continued position as a full time employee or the individuals termination. The starting rate is not to insult anyone but to weed out any weak individuals that really do not want a long term full time career that could earn up to $35.00+ per hour based off a few of the following criteria (Examples: personal tools, finish carpentry experience, work ethic, punctuality, and commitment to the company, etc.). Once the right individual reaches the 2 week period and has proven themselves to be an asset to the company, future rate of pay will be discussed and immediately implemented. Once the employee has reached the 1-year mark, the employee will be eligible for Paid vacation, paid holidays, an annual bonus, and more.

Basic Requirements:

1) Must have a vehicle and a valid driver's license.

2) Must work at least 40 hours a week.

3) Must speak fluent English and be a legal USA resident.

4) Must be able to build everything that is shown in the pictures posted in this ad with minimal instruction.

5) willing to travel within 75 miles of central Bradenton. Compensation for distance will be discussed.
