• Oversee and lead on-site crews for site development projects

• Operate and manage heavy equipment (working knowledge required)

• Maintain jobsite safety, productivity, and quality

• Leverage GPS technology (preferred, but not required)

• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Superintendents

• Be groomed to transition into a Superintendent role in the near future

• 3+ years of experience as an Operating Foreman in site development

• Stable work history in civil construction

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Based near the Fort Wayne area or open to local travel

• Eager to grow into a leadership position

• $30+/hour starting pay (based on experience)

• Fast-track promotion into a Superintendent role
