- Lead jobsite safety by integrating comprehensive safety planning into all pre-job and daily operations.
- Drive project performance and financial goals, taking ownership of productivity and financial outcomes.
- Maintain project schedule and efficiency, ensuring alignment with the overall project timeline.
- Collaborate with the project team to develop and maintain project schedules.
- Understand project scope and measure productivity, addressing deviations promptly.
- Manage multiple job sites, demonstrating flexibility and organizational skills.
- Represent the company in project and strategy meetings, ensuring client expectations are met.
- Mentor and develop field talent, providing leadership to supervisory staff.
- Oversee subcontractors to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
- Manage field-level reporting, including digital logs, production tracking, and safety documentation.
- Implement and manage GPS systems for tracking and efficiency.
- Identify, document, and manage Time & Materials and Change Order work.
- Experience as a piping superintendent, specifically on water, sewer, and force main projects.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
- Strong construction management skills.
- Proficient in PC software and systems such as HCSS, Microsoft Office, PDF, and scheduling platforms.
- Ability to read and understand civil, structural, and architectural plans.
- Strong organizational, management, and communication skills.
- OSHA 30-hour certification.
- HazMat (OSHA 40 worker and 8-hour supervisor) certification.
- CPR/AED and Basic First Aid certification.
