DIRECT HIRE | STRUCTURAL CONSTRUCTION MANAGER | North Dallas, TX |
Seeking a Structural Construction Manager to be the SME for Soil/Concrete construction issues and assist Preconstruction teams on newly awarded projects.
Anticipate $125,000+ base salary (total comp ~$165,000 with bonus and perks)
Unlimited PTO, monthly car allowance
Full suite of immediate benefits, ESOP
Office based position, North Dallas
Key Responsibilities:
Review construction drawings to identify solutions, scope gaps, and value engineering opportunities.
Assist with Structural & Soils estimating and bid evaluations at various design stages.
Coordinate with trade partners and attend site reviews to support project execution.
Provide technical guidance and risk management for high-risk structures or projects.
Maintain tracking of long-lead Structural & Soils items and prepare for coordination meetings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architectural, Structural, Civil Engineering, Construction Science, or Management (or equivalent)
5+ years of experience in design engineering, consulting, or construction management.
Geotechnical/Concrete background a plus
Strong knowledge of Structural & Soils and North Texas geotechnical conditions.
Analytical and relationship-building skills for client and trade partner collaboration.
Local candidates preferred
