Position
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales & Project Coordinator to join our North America team, based in our Miami office. This role will work closely with the VP and provide key project and client support across the business.
While the position is based in Miami, it provides support for client projects and initiatives across North America, including direct involvement with some of the most established architecture and design firms in the world.
The ideal candidate has excellent attention to detail, thrives in a fast-paced, design-driven environment, and enjoys being both behind the scenes and client-facing when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide project and administrative support to the VP and wider commercial team as needed.
Prepare and manage detailed client quotes and proposals, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Liaise directly with clients to assist with project updates, product information, and follow-ups as needed.
Coordinate with our operations, logistics, and Italian teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain internal systems, project trackers, and CRM records to keep all information accurate and up to date.
Assist in preparing presentations, client materials, and supporting documents for meetings.
Help troubleshoot project or order issues by collaborating with internal teams and suppliers.
Be present for key client interactions, both virtually and occasionally in-person, to support relationship building.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in project coordination, sales support, or operations within the design, interiors, luxury, or related industries.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in preparing quotes and documents.
Comfortable in a client-facing role with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a collaborative attitude.
Familiarity with CRM tools and project management systems is a plus.
Based in Miami, Florida, with the ability to attend client meetings and events locally.
Occasional travel within North America may be required.
