Your Job A successful Scheduler has a strong sense of urgency and responsibility. They are about being organized while also being able to multitask daily. They are dedicated to the client experience from start to finish and maintain a strong working knowledge of client needs, our company services, and the individual skill sets of our Craftsmen. Responsibilities Tracks and measures scheduling functions. Generates reports tracking performance. Anticipates and prepares for short notice scheduling changes. Always has a backup plan. Uses the Google forecasting document to communicate, plan, and organize schedules. Ensures it is current and accurate at all times. Works to build and promote strong, loyal, and long-lasting client relationships and prevent losing clients. Take responsibility for delivering work and designing the work effort Proactively identify project issues and recommend viable solutions Qualifications : Three (3) years previous experience in admissions or a scheduling environment. Demonstrated problem-solving skills Proficient in computerized input of data Good communication skills Fundamental knowledge and skill in utilization of computer application. Level of proficiency in the use and application of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) varies by department, see requisition for requirements.
