2nd Shift MIG Welder (Temp-to-Hire) Details:
Temp-to-Hire position
$17.50 to $20.00 /hour
Full Time work available
Second Shift (Monday through Thursday from 03:30pm to 02:00am)
Perform MIG welding on wire and light-gauge metal components
Follow blueprints and welding instructions to produce accurate, clean welds
Inspect work for quality, accuracy, and weld consistency
Operate grinders, clamps, and other shop tools as needed
Maintain a safe and organized work area while adhering to company safety protocols
2nd Shift MIG Welder (Temp-to-Hire) Qualifications:
MIG welding experience required (minimum 6 months preferred)
Ability to read basic blueprints and use measuring tools
Must pass a hands-on weld test
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Reliable attendance and a solid work ethic
Applicant may be subject to a background check
Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
